The is the first studio amp project.  Originally built because i wanted something small and portable that I could hook up bent toys to to test them out.  It’s 1 watt ad powered by 4 D-cell batteries.  It gets amazing battery life.  It get’s almost daily use and I’ve changed the batteries once in 3 years.  It’s made from entirely  scrap and donated parts. It’s as simple as it gets, 1/4 jack input and a volume pot with one off switch.
